Use of our website

You may view the website pages and download pages for cache purposes or print website pages for personal use and in accordance with the law.

Cookies policy

We do not use cookies on this website other than for the function of the website or for statistical purposes only which do not identify individuals.

We accept online ordering and payment via Paypal and users should check with Paypal for their Cookies policy.

Our website contains links to other websites and social networks such as Facebook.  Please refer to each site for their own cookies policy.

Intellectual property rights

The pictures, photographs, illustrations and other material posted on our website are original creations which are protected by author copyright and must only be used for personal use.  Under copyright law such pictures must not be copied or exchanged for any reason other than for personal use.

Payment options

We accept payment in pounds sterling only (GB pounds).  

Most major debit and credit cards are accepted for online payments through Paypal. If you choose to pay via Paypal you do not need to have a Paypal account.

Payment may also be made direct from an online bank account.  (See invoice for details.)

We also accept payment by cheque through the post. Cheques must be payable in GB pounds.  

Please do not send cash by post.  We cannot accept responsibility for any cash payments which are lost in the post.

All payments will be processed before orders are supplied.


Postage and packaging costs are usually included for UK delivery.  Overseas orders may incur a charge.

We will do everything in our power to deliver within agreed time-scales but agreed delivery dates cannot be guaranteed.  If there is a delay on your order, for any reason, which will delay dispatch, we will endeavour to arrange a new delivery date with you.  Any delay is likely to be due to bank holidays, high volume of orders at peak periods, unavailability of threads or other materials or a high amount of editing required on your custom made kit.

If any delay outside agreed time-scales is unacceptable to you, you have the right to cancel the order and obtain a refund (subject to any work already carried out on a custom made item).

Returns policy

Items purchased from the online store may be returned within 30 days.  Provided that items are returned in their original condition and are saleable, a refund will be given (excluding shipping costs).

Refunds will not be made for any damaged or incomplete items unless the original item supplied was faulty or incorrect. Refunds cannot be granted for any items in sealed packaging that has been opened.

Where items have been custom made to order, involving time and intellectual effort, no refund will be made, unless the item supplied was faulty or incorrect.

To claim a refund, notice must be received in writing by letter or e-mail and the item must be returned complete and in its original packaging within 30 days of receipt.

Material submitted by you

Any material submitted by you, including photographs or images for stitch kits, must not itself infringe any copyright or any other intellectual property right, any right of privacy, or any other right.  If we consider any material submitted you to be inappropriate in any way it will not be accepted nor processed as an order or will be removed from the website.
